Eren Yeager, also romanized as Eren Jaeger, is the central protagonist of the anime series Attack on Titan. He first appears in the inaugural episode, "To You, in 2000 Years: The Fall of Shiganshina, Part 1."

Driven by a burning desire to eradicate all Titans after witnessing his mother's tragic death at their hands, Eren enlists in the 104th Training Corps and later joins the Survey Corps, the military branch dedicated to Titan extermination. He possesses the unique ability to transform into the Attack Titan, a powerful and dangerous form.
